testimonial:

Clients are getting sophisticated in their expectations of consulting practices - expecting good implementation, as well as good advice. As such our Project Management for delivery needs to be progressively more effective. Jim's thoughts help a great deal in achieving this. Jim was kind enough to present for me, to the British Computer Society's Project Management Group, in London. The topic, 'New Age Project Management', was fascinating, offering an innovative new view of the issues, dynamics and challenges associated with project management today. At the end of the presentation the audience's appreciation was readily apparent from the unusually animated question and answer session.

testimonial:

JIm Warren spoke at our January 23, 2006 evening event on how to communicate with 'C-Level' people, the CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, and other CXOs in an organization. The audience, much larger than our typical audience, enjoyed the well-delivered and clearly articulated presentation that Jim delivered.
